PILATES EQUIPMENT

•   Circuit Training: Uses TRX, reformer, chair, bonus, mat and weights to get a strong, full body workout.

•   Cardio Workout: Work on the Reformer with jump board for a full cardio Pilates equipment class.

•   Connect, Strength & Flow: A Classical Pilates class with attention to strength, flow, breath, balance and core challenge.

 

 YOGA

•    Vinyasa Flow: Class starts with setting intentions and using yoga pose holds and releases in a flow format.

•    Mediation Mantra: Begin with chanting and centering, enter Yoga poses through guided meditation.

 

SOMATIC DISCOVERY/RECOVERY

•    Fundamentals sessions: Discover weak or missing body connections and uncover underlying expressive/psychological connections to recover a whole being way to heal.

• Authentic Movement sessions: Discover your self with closed eyes and spontaneous movement, held in the space with a Witness to support arising experiences.
